Oyesola Animashaun

Oyesola Animashaun is a seasoned professional with his area of competence covering Sales, Business Development, Banking, Business Operations, Training and Consulting in the area of Labour Law.

Oyesola’s research and consulting interests cuts across Labour Law, Climate Change Law, Constitutional Law, Business, Company and Tax Law.

He commenced his education at St. Augustine Primary School, Oyo and obtained his West African School Certificate and Higher School Certificate at St. Bernadine’s Grammar School Oyo and Olivet Heights Oyo, respectively. He attended the University of Ibadan where he bagged a Bachelor’s degree in Geography; he thereafter proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University where he obtained a Masters of Business Administration. Further academic exploits led him to University of Lagos where he obtained a M.Sc. Degree in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management. His unique interest in the enlightenment that knowledge brings led him to acquire his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Lagos State University, his B.L from the Nigerian Law School, a LL.M from the Ogun State University and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) (Law) from the University of Ilorin.

Oyesola started his career as a Management Trainee/Officer; he then worked at Clamore Marketing Nigeria Ltd as a Trainee Sales Manager/Sales Manager. He was the Group Manager (Sales & Merchandise) at UTC Nigeria Plc. He had a brief stint in banking as a Banking Executive at Crystal Bank of Africa Ltd (Later Standard Trust Bank now merged with UBA Plc.). He thereafter worked with Wiggin Teape Plc. as the Assistant General Manager (Planning & Development). He was an Area Manager (Lagos/South West) with Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications Ltd. Lecturer, Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social Science, Lagos State University. Partner at Hybrid Solicitors/Hybrid Consult (Legal Practitioners, Publishers and Trainers). Lecturer, Department of Business and Private Law, Kwara State University. Presently, Oyesola is a Research Fellow, faculty of Law, Northwest University, Mmbatho, South Africa.

He brings on board, his wealth of experience and serves The HR Resourcery Ltd. as the Chairman and Lead Consultant.

 

Rihannat Ibrahim

Rihannat Ibrahim is a lawyer whose area of competence cuts across the general practice of Law, Litigation, Administration, Management and Hospitality.

Rihannat after completing her Primary and Secondary School education as appropriate obtained a Certificate in Catering and Hotel Management from the Logos Institute. She then acquired a Diploma in Desktop Publishing from Florin Computer College. She attended the Lagos State Polytechnic from where she got an Ordinary Diploma Certificate in Computer Science. Rihannat then proceeded to the Lagos State University to attain a Bachelors of Law Degree (LL.B), she subsequently obtained a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and was consequently admitted to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate.

Rihannat first foray into the labour market was as an Office Assistant; she thereafter proceeded to the noble profession of Teaching. She then worked with Law Shield (Legal Practitioners & Notaries Public) as Executive Assistant/Secretary. Presently, Rihannat is a Counsel-in-Chambers where she practices as a full-fledged legal practitioner.

Rihannat brings on board her analytical and administrative skills and serves as the Head of Operations and Administration.

 

Olajide Matesun

Olajide Matesun is a self-motivated administrator, his area of core competence include Office Management & Administration, Mediation, Negotiation and Facility Maintenance & Management.

Olajide attended Adisa Bashua Primary School, Adelabu Lagos where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate, he successfully wrote the West Africa Examination (GCE); he thereafter obtained an Ordinary National Diploma in Mass Communication from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

‘Jide has had varied experience in Sales and Marketing; he was a Litigation Assistant at a Law Firm, where he was exposed to Court Processes, Administration of Estates, Facility Management and Maintenance. He presently works as the Practice Manager of a General Practice Law Firm

Olajide serves as the Head of Business Development.
